He began his professional journey over 45 years ago, at a time when Indiana required clock repairers to be licensed—a rigorous process involving approved courses and testing rooted in the historical accuracy standards of railroad timepieces.

Approach to Service: Daniel views clock repair as more than just a mechanical task; he treats every clock with the respect due all family heirloom.

While many modern shops focus on battery-operated movements, Jackson’s Clock Works focuses exclusively on mechanical (wind-up) clocks. His expertise covers:

• Diverse Timepieces: Everything from wall and mantel clocks to cuckoo clocks.

• Complex Restorations: He often corrects "poor workmanship" from previous repair attempts and is capable of fabricating parts that are no longer available for purchase.
